A nuc box with a mated queen, five frames filled with comb, and plenty of worker bees. This nuc will be ready to be transferred directly into a deep and start filling out the rest of your frames and producing honey first thing this spring. Overwintered Nucs will be available for pickup at our Ramer, AL location starting in late February and new nucs will be available in April. Over-wintered nucs were started last spring and kept through the winter so that they’re strong and ready to go as soon as the weather warms up.
